Basic Plan - Self-managed upkeep with support

The Basic Plan is for sites that are comfortable handling routine cleaning and day-to-day care internally, but still want structure, continuity, and access to support. It’s a maintenance relationship — not a one-off consumables purchase.

You remain an active Cascade client, with the correct filters supplied on schedule and access to guidance whenever you need it. If your requirements change, the plan can be upgraded without disruption.

What this means in practice

  • Filters are supplied automatically at the correct intervals

  • You’re supported on filter choice, changes, and usage questions

  • You retain access to our client portal and support channels

  • No engineer attendance unless requested separately

This plan suits low-intervention sites or those planning to step up to engineer servicing later.

The Essentials Plan introduces engineer-attended servicing at regular intervals, focusing on hygiene, performance, and preventative maintenance. It’s designed to keep equipment operating as intended and reduce the likelihood of avoidable faults.

This plan covers planned care, not reactive repair. It’s ideal for sites that want professional servicing without committing to breakdown cover.

What this means in practice

  • Scheduled on-site service visits by a qualified engineer

  • Internal sanitisation and hygiene cleaning

  • Filters replaced during service visits

  • Equipment condition and performance checks

  • Service records and compliance documentation provided

Breakdowns and repairs can still be handled, but are quoted separately when required.

The Premium Plan builds on Essentials by adding reactive support and protection. It’s intended for sites where uptime matters and unexpected downtime needs to be managed without delay or uncertainty.

This plan combines preventative servicing with defined breakdown support and warranty handling, providing the highest level of cover we offer.
