Basic Plan - Self-managed upkeep with support
The Basic Plan is intended for sites that are comfortable handling routine cleaning and day-to-day care internally, but still want structure, continuity, and a proper service relationship. It’s ongoing maintenance support – not a one-off consumables purchase.
You remain an active Cascade client, with the correct filters supplied on scheduled and access to advice when needed. If your requirements change, the plan can be upgraded without disruption.
What this means in practice:
- Filters are supplied automatically at the correct intervals
- Guidance is available on filter selection, replacement, and day-to-day use
- Continued access to support and service records
- No routine engineer visits included
This plan suits low-intervention sites, or those intending to move to engineer-attended servicing as requirements change.
Essentials Plan - Planned Servicing
The Essentials Plan introduces engineer-attended servicing at regular intervals, with a focus on hygiene, performance, and preventative care. It’s designed to keep equipment operating as intended and to address issues early, before they become problems.
This plan is centred on planned maintenance rather than reactive repair. It suits sites that want equipment properly looked after by an engineer, without the need for ongoing breakdown cover.
What this means in practice:
- Scheduled on-site service visits by a qualified engineer
- Sanitisation and hygiene cleaning
- Filters replaced during service visits
- Equipment condition and performance checks
- Service records and compliance documentation
Breakdowns and repairs can still be attended where required, but are handled separately and quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Premium Plan - Planned Servicing + Fault Cover
The Premium Plan builds on Essentials by adding defined fault cover and reactive attendance. It’s intended for sites where equipment availability is important and unplanned downtime needs to be handled with as little disruption as possible.
This plan combines regular, preventative servicing with agreed breakdown support and warranty management, providing the highest level of cover we offer within a a structured service framework.
What this means in practice:
- Everything included in the Essentials Plan
- Included breakdown attendance (labour cover, within plan terms)
- Warranty parts management handled on your behalf
- Optional warranty extensions where available
- Priority booking where reactive attendance is required
Premium is typically chosen for higher-usage sites, business-critical installations, or locations where continued equipment availability is essential.
